I just tried the RTX240 white Pastel Board and I love it. For those of you that do underpaintings in Watercolor, Oil or Acylics I would give this a try. Kitty Wallis look out!
I am in love with this truly remarkable new surface. I have included a dozen watercolor paintings on Rtistix panels in my one-woman show at Hodges University in Naples, FL. I recently taught a workshop where we used these panels and I have never heard so many oo’s and ah’s! It stay damp better than paper and is as smooth as silk. The background washes that you get cannot be matched by any other surface. It is Soooo much better than w/c canvas! Once you have tried it, you will be hooked.
You do have some great artwork samples here. thanks for sharing your panels, they are super to work on. Lightweight as well for plein air and shipping.
